18" Beadlock-Style Forged Wheels for 2025 Ram 1500 TRX | Brushed Silver & Black

Model: RC925-1

More tire around the wheel is part of what makes this TRX setup work. The 18-inch diameter leaves the package with a substantial sidewall presence, while the forged face brings a more technical web-spoke pattern into the center. Brushed silver keeps the machining visible; the black outer ring gives the perimeter a tougher visual boundary without turning the entire wheel dark. Each wheel measures 18×9 at ET10 and weighs 14.3 kg.

    Engineering Notes

Wheel diameter was kept at 18 inches for a reason. On a TRX, the relationship between wheel and tire matters visually and functionally, and a larger rim would shift the whole package toward a street-truck look. Here, the forged wheel remains compact enough to preserve a generous tire profile while still carrying a detailed web-spoke face.

Project data records an 18×9 square fitment, ET10, 6×139.7 PCD and a 77.8 mm center bore. Finished weight comes in at 14.3 kg per wheel, with an 850 kg load rating. Those figures give the page a much stronger technical foundation than generic claims about “off-road strength.”

Web spokes concentrate several sections around the hub instead of relying on a few oversized arms. That gives the face more structure visually while keeping enough openings between sections to avoid a bulky appearance.

Brushed silver was also a deliberate choice. Fine machining lines remain visible across the spokes and change subtly with the viewing angle. Black around the perimeter creates the opposite effect, visually containing the brighter center and making the 18-inch diameter look more defined.

Simulated-beadlock terminology should remain accurate. Existing product information identifies the outer ring as beadlock-style rather than a functional beadlock system, so there is no need to imply tire-retention capability that the wheel is not presented as having.

    Result

Compact wheel diameter and a substantial tire profile give the TRX a different presence from builds centered on oversized rims. Brushed spokes introduce enough metallic detail to catch the eye, while the black perimeter keeps the design grounded.

Nothing needs to be exaggerated here. Square sizing keeps the truck visually consistent from axle to axle, and the contrast between forged metal, dark outer detailing and tire sidewall creates the character.

Why 18 Inches Makes Sense Here

Diameter is only one part of an off-road wheel package. On this TRX, staying at 18 inches leaves more of the tire visible and avoids making the forged face dominate the entire wheel-and-tire combination.

That proportion gives the wheel a much more credible truck character than simply increasing diameter for visual impact.

Consistent Geometry at All Four Corners

18×9 ET10 repeats front and rear. No staggered rear width is used, and the wheel does not depend on additional dish at one axle to look purposeful.

Square sizing also keeps the web-spoke face identical around the truck, which works well for a design already carrying plenty of detail.

Brushed Metal Against a Dark Perimeter

Finish contrast is doing more than adding two colors. Brushing makes the central spoke network look machined and metallic; black visually compresses the outer ring and separates the wheel from the tire.

Viewed close up, the machining grain becomes more noticeable. From farther away, the black ring gives the wheel a simpler, stronger outline.

Vehicle Data Comes Before Styling Changes

Different tire sizes, suspension configurations or stance requirements can alter what works on another TRX. Xingtu can develop another specification from the actual truck data rather than treating this 18×9 ET10 setup as a universal formula.

    1. Why were 18-inch wheels used on this Ram 1500 TRX?

An 18-inch diameter preserves more visible tire sidewall and gives the complete package a stronger off-road proportion than a much larger rim would.

    2. What is the wheel specification?

All four wheels measure 18×9 with ET10, using a 6×139.7 PCD and 77.8 mm center bore.

    3. How much does each wheel weigh?

Finished weight is listed at 14.3 kg per wheel.

    4. What load rating is specified?

Each wheel carries an 850 kg rating in the current project data.

    5. Is the outer ring a functional beadlock?

No. It is described as a simulated or beadlock-style ring rather than a functional beadlock system.

    6. Can the brushed silver center use another finish?

Yes. Another surface direction can be considered when developing a different custom set.
