    Engineering Notes

    Front geometry is the part of this specification that deserves the most attention. At 20×11 ET0, substantial width is already positioned at the steering axle. Rear sizing then increases to 20×12.5 ET28. Treating those figures as nothing more than “staggered fitment” misses the point—the two axles are solving very different packaging problems.

    Five-spoke architecture makes the physical depth obvious. Broad straight sections leave large openings across the face, exposing the stepped inner rim and making the center position easier to read from an angle. A denser mesh would conceal much of the feature buyers are meant to notice.

    Two-piece construction gives the 12.5-inch rear its visual structure. Forged center and independent rim are joined with exposed hardware, leaving a genuine transition between face and barrel instead of simulating a deep-dish look on a one-piece wheel. Current project data records 13 kg front and 14.5 kg rear, with an 850 kg load rating.

    Gloss black is deliberately uncompromising. No polished edge breaks up the face, which means reflections must do the work of revealing spoke curvature and barrel depth. Workshop images show why that matters: the wheel looks almost graphic from straight ahead, then much more dimensional as soon as the barrel enters view.

    Why the Front Wheel Is the More Interesting One

    Rear 12.5-inch width naturally attracts attention, but 20×11 ET0 at the front is the more demanding part of the package.

    Zero offset places the mounting plane at the wheel centerline, so width is distributed very differently from a high-positive-offset front wheel. This is exactly the kind of specification that should remain tied to the original vehicle setup rather than being presented as a generic Charger fitment.

    Assembly and dimensional checks carry real importance on a set with this much axle-specific width. Gloss black also leaves finish consistency easy to judge across the large uninterrupted barrel surfaces.

    Result

    Full black gives the finished set a strong silhouette, but geometry keeps it from becoming visually flat.

    Front and rear share the same five-spoke language while presenting very different amounts of rim depth. At the back, the 12.5-inch width gives the wheel genuine visual volume. Up front, ET0 produces a face position that makes the wheel feel equally intentional rather than like a narrow companion to an oversized rear.

    ET0 Is the Critical Front Number

    Front fitment is 20×11 ET0.

    That number should never be separated from wheel width. Eleven inches at zero offset creates a very different package from an 11-inch wheel with a conventional positive ET, making vehicle-specific clearance verification essential.

    12.5 Inches Gives the Rear Its Authority

    Rear size grows by another 1.5 inches to 20×12.5, paired with ET28.

    Rather than using a larger rear diameter, the build keeps both axles at 20 inches and lets physical width supply the difference. That makes the stance look muscular without creating two visibly different wheel scales.

    Gloss Black Has to Reveal the Geometry

    Black can easily erase a wheel's detail.

    Here, five large spokes, deep concavity and a stepped rim provide enough physical relief for highlights to reveal the shape even though every main surface uses the same dark finish.

    One Backend Number Needs Confirmation

    Specifications list CB71.5 mm, while the current Engineering Notes mention 71.6 mm.

    I would confirm the final engineering drawing before placing that center-bore figure elsewhere in the rewritten page.
