2016 Audi S5 | 19" 2-Piece Forged Split-Spoke · Matte Silver

Model: RC014-08

Restraint is what makes this S5 wheel convincing. Rather than surrounding the coupe with heavy mesh or an oversized polished lip, the design stretches ten slim split spokes across a 19-inch face and lets the forged geometry remain visible. Matte silver softens the metal without hiding the CNC definition, while a ring of black assembly hardware introduces a precise mechanical contrast around the perimeter. Every wheel measures 19×9.5 ET30 and weighs 11.2 kg, giving the finished set a disciplined specification that suits the equally measured design.

    Engineering Notes

Precision comes through in the negative space as much as in the metal. Each main spoke divides into a pair of narrow, tapered arms, leaving a generous opening between adjacent sections while keeping the face visually connected to the outer rim. Fine recessed channels near the hub add another machining layer without making the wheel appear ornamental.

Square 19×9.5 sizing keeps that face identical front and rear. ET30 is also repeated at every position, so the project does not need rear dish or axle-specific spoke profiles to create its character. Current specifications record 5×112 PCD, a 66.5 mm center bore, 11.2 kg finished weight and a 750 kg load rating.

Two-piece construction contributes differently here than it does on a traditional deep-lip wheel. Instead of using a wide polished rim as the main attraction, the separate outer section acts as a clean architectural frame around the split-spoke center. Black hardware clearly marks the joint between the components and gives the otherwise monochrome design a more purposeful finish.

Matte silver also deserves to stay understated in the copy. Fine metallic texture reveals the spoke surfaces without the sharp glare of polish, which lets the machining remain the dominant visual feature. Current gallery images support that direction; the stray Gloss Candy Red row in the specifications does not match this product and should be removed.

A Mechanical Detail That Actually Belongs There

Exposed fasteners are not being used to imitate a multi-piece wheel. They are part of the actual assembly.

Black hardware sits between a light forged center and the surrounding rim section, creating a narrow visual boundary without introducing another large color block. Up close, it adds technical detail; farther away, the wheel still reads primarily as a clean silver split-spoke design.

    Quality Verified

Dimensional control supports the deliberately simple square fitment, while assembly checks matter because the exposed hardware and independent rim are genuine components rather than styling cues.

    • CMM dimensional inspection on PCD, bore & offset
    • Torque-spec assembly hardware, sealed & pressure-tested
    • Dynamic balancing on every wheel

    Result

Clean does not have to mean anonymous.

Silver gives the S5 a relatively quiet first impression, but closer inspection reveals slender split spokes, milled recesses and the black fastener ring. That second layer of detail is what gives the wheel commercial appeal: it can look composed on the vehicle without becoming visually generic.

Finished weight of 11.2 kg adds substance to that understated appearance. Nothing on the page needs exaggerated “race-inspired” language when the actual wheel already combines a detailed two-piece face with a documented finished mass.

  • Build & Fitment

Square by Width, Consistent by Offset

19×9.5 ET30 is repeated at all four positions.

That simplicity is useful on this design because every wheel keeps the same spoke depth and face proportion. Visual consistency becomes part of the appeal rather than something that needs to be corrected by a wider rear specification.

19 Inches Gives the Spokes Room to Breathe

Split-spoke designs lose clarity when too much detail is compressed into a small face. Here, 19 inches gives each narrow branch enough length to show its taper and recessed machining without creating the visual density of a mesh wheel.

Black Hardware Gives the Silver Face an Edge

Silver on silver could make the component transition disappear. Black fasteners solve that neatly.

Rather than decorating the wheel with another finish, the assembly itself provides the contrast. This is a good example of construction becoming part of the visual language rather than being hidden.

For another S5 specification, Xingtu can retain the split-spoke character while working from the required width, offset and vehicle measurements.

  • FAQs
    xiajiantou

    1. What size are these Audi S5 split spoke forged wheels?

All four wheels use a 19×9.5 square specification with ET30.

    2. How much does each wheel weigh?

The current specification lists 11.2 kg per wheel.

    3. Is the black hardware decorative?

No. It is part of the genuine two-piece assembly and also creates a visible boundary around the forged center.

    4. What finish is actually used on this project?

Matte Silver. The separate Gloss Candy Red line currently shown in the table is inconsistent with the rest of the page and should be removed.

    5. What load rating is listed?

The current page records 750 kg per wheel.

    6. Why use square sizing on this design?

Matching dimensions preserve one consistent split-spoke face at every corner rather than introducing an unnecessary rear variation.

    7. Can the exposed hardware use another finish?

Hardware appearance can be considered separately when developing another custom wheel, provided the assembly specification remains properly controlled.
