 For a large grand tourer, reducing unsprung mass transforms both ride and response—so weight was our key target. Our monoblock forging brought each wheel down to just 11.3–11.5kg even at a large 21-inch staggered diameter, a significant saving over OEM that sharpens steering and ride quality. The slim Y-spoke face was optimized for a high stiffness-to-weight ratio, and the staggered ET30/ET28 offsets were matched exactly to the 8 Series hub for a flush stance with full brake clearance, no spacers required.

A: Yes. We provide full customization based on vehicle model, wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, and design requirements.

2. What information do you need before starting a custom wheel project?
A: We usually require your vehicle make, model, and year, along with wheel diameter and width, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), brake clearance requirements, and preferred wheel design and finish details.

3. What materials are used for forged wheels?
A: Our forged wheels are manufactured using high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloys, providing excellent strength-to-weight performance.
