The fine-mesh design is one of the most demanding forms to forge — dozens of thin, interwoven spokes must each carry load while staying perfectly straight and concentric. We CNC-machined the mesh center from a forged blank for full strength, then assembled it to a polished outer barrel with torqued-to-spec rim bolts. The 5x112 PCD and 57.1mm bore were machined to OEM tolerance for a precise hub-centric fit on the A8L, and the ET38 was chosen to fill the arch cleanly without rubbing. A full mirror polish was applied by hand across the mesh, lip, and bolts.
