    Engineering Notes

    The Tesla Cybertruck is one of the heaviest production EVs on the road, so a standard cosmetic wheel was never an option. We engineered each wheel with a 1,200kg load rating—giving a strong safety margin over the Cybertruck's per-corner curb load—while keeping the forged weight down to just 20.4kg for an aggressive 24-inch size. The intricate mesh spokes were structurally reinforced at the hub junction to handle the instant torque of a dual-motor EV without flex or fatigue.
