The Audi Q8 e-tron is a heavy, battery-powered SUV, so cosmetic-only wheels were never an option. We engineered each wheel with a 1,050kg load rating—providing a safe margin over the Q8 e-tron's per-corner curb weight—while keeping the forged weight to just 15kg for a large 22-inch diameter. The split-spoke structure was reinforced at the hub to handle the instant torque of a dual-motor EV, and the ET25 offset was set to achieve a flush, aggressive arch fill while preserving full brake and suspension clearance.

1. Can you customize wheels based on my vehicle specifications?
A: Yes. We provide full customization based on vehicle model, wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, and design requirements.

2. What information do you need before starting a custom wheel project?
A: We usually require your vehicle make, model, and year, along with wheel diameter and width, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), brake clearance requirements, and preferred wheel design and finish details.

3. What materials are used for forged wheels?
A: Our forged wheels are manufactured using high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloys, providing excellent strength-to-weight performance.

4. What finishes are available?
A: We offer a wide range of finish options, including brushed finish, polished finish, gloss black, matte finish, custom color coating, and two-tone finishes to meet different styling requirements.

5. What is the typical production lead time?
A: Production time depends on design complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. A typical custom project usually takes 30–45 days, including engineering confirmation, machining, QC, and delivery preparation.

6. Do you support small quantity orders?
A: Yes. We support prototype development, sample orders, and small-batch production for tuning shops, distributors, and automotive brands.
