Two things define this build. First, the lug seat: this Audi uses a ball (radius) seat (15×32×SR12.8), not the taper seat common to most cars—get this wrong and the lug nuts won't torque correctly, a genuine safety issue, so we machined the exact ball profile to Audi OEM spec. Second, the weight: at just 11 kg per wheel, this is a genuinely light forged build, and the slim 10-spoke design is what makes that possible—each spoke is CNC-tapered to remove every gram of non-load-bearing material while the forged 6061-T6 grain flow holds an 800 kg-per-wheel rating. The brushed frozen gold is a hand-applied directional grain sealed under clear, while the gloss black barrel is a separate finish—a two-tone effect on a monoblock that demands precise masking. We held the 5x112 / CB66.5 hubcentric bore to Audi's exact spec for a vibration-free fit, and ET34 keeps the face flush in the arch.
