Two things define this build. First, the fine-mesh face: dozens of thin intersecting strands have to be CNC-cut perfectly clean and balanced—
a mesh this intricate is one of the hardest faces to machine on a forged blank, and any uneven strand would show instantly and throw off balance. The forged 6061-T6 grain flow is what lets us run strands this slim while holding a 725 kg-per-wheel rating on a 650-hp supercar. Second, the carbon fiber outer ring: it's a cosmetic carbon overlay that gives the wheel its layered, aero-tech look—the structural load is carried entirely by the forged aluminum face and barrel, while the carbon ring adds visual depth without compromising strength. We held the 5x120.65 / CB70.3 hubcentric bore to GM's exact spec, and dialed the staggered ET42/43 to fill the Z06's wide arches with safe clearance over its massive Brembo brakes.
