so the forged 6061-T6 face is engineered to an 850 kg-per-wheel rating even in a 22" diameter, where keeping weight to 14.88 kg is itself an achievement. Second, the carbon fiber outer ring: it's a cosmetic carbon overlay that gives the wheel its layered, motorsport-aero look—the structural load is carried entirely by the forged aluminum face and barrel, while the carbon ring adds visual depth without compromising strength. We held the 5x120 / CB74.1 hubcentric bore to BMW's exact spec, and dialed the staggered ET28/20 to fill the wide M-body arches with safe clearance over the oversized brake calipers.
