Engineering Notes

 Off-road wheels live a brutal life—impacts, rocks, and heavy load swings—so structural strength was the top priority. We engineered each wheel with a 1,000kg load rating and a deep, aggressive ET-18 offset that pushes the wheels outward for a wide, planted stance and improved stability on uneven terrain. Despite the chunky off-road look and faux-beadlock ring, our forging kept each wheel to just 14kg, reducing unsprung weight for better suspension articulation. The large 93.1mm center bore was machined to seat precisely on the Bronco's hub for vibration-free running.

1. Can you customize wheels based on my vehicle specifications?
A: Yes. We provide full customization based on vehicle model, wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, and design requirements.

2. What information do you need before starting a custom wheel project?
A: We usually require your vehicle make, model, and year, along with wheel diameter and width, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), brake clearance requirements, and preferred wheel design and finish details.

3. What materials are used for forged wheels?
A: Our forged wheels are manufactured using high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloys, providing excellent strength-to-weight performance.

4. What finishes are available?
