For a compact performance car like the S3, reducing rotational and unsprung mass is the single biggest handling upgrade—so weight was our top engineering target. Our forging brought each wheel down to just 11.6kg, a significant saving over the OEM cast wheels that translates directly into sharper turn-in and quicker acceleration. The Y-spoke structure was optimized for stiffness-to-weight, ensuring the wheel stays rigid under hard cornering. The ET45 offset and 57.1mm center bore were matched exactly to the S3's hub for a precise OEM-plus fit with no spacers required, and each wheel carries an 850kg load rating with a safe margin for spirited and track driving.
