Engineering Notes

The Ram TRX is built for high-speed off-road abuse, so structural strength was the absolute priority. We engineered each wheel with an 850kg load rating and reinforced web-spokes to absorb the repeated high-G impacts of desert running and jumps. The 18-inch diameter was chosen specifically to allow more sidewall for off-road tires, improving impact absorption and traction, while the ET10 offset widens the track for greater high-speed stability. The simulated-beadlock ring delivers the rugged race-truck look TRX owners want, and despite the heavy-duty build, our forging kept each wheel to just 14.3kg—reducing unsprung mass for better suspension response over rough terrain. The large 77.8mm bore was precision-machined to seat exactly on the TRX hub.

A: Yes. We provide full customization based on vehicle model, wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, and design requirements.

2. What information do you need before starting a custom wheel project?
A: We usually require your vehicle make, model, and year, along with wheel diameter and width, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), brake clearance requirements, and preferred wheel design and finish details.
