    Engineering Notes

The fine-mesh design is one of the most demanding to forge — dozens of thin interwoven spokes must each carry load while staying perfectly straight and concentric. We CNC-machined the mesh center from a forged blank for full strength, then assembled it to a deep step-lip barrel with torqued-to-spec gold rim bolts. The aggressive offsets (-31mm front, -25mm rear) combined with 10.5/11-inch widths required precise barrel engineering to achieve a flush, deep-lip stance while clearing the IS250's suspension. The 5x114.3 PCD with 60.1mm bore was machined to OEM tolerance for a precise hub-centric fit.
